The Medici Institute is set up under the Section 25 of Indian Companies Act as a not-for-profit organization. We aim to assist governments and social organizations todrive their mission meticulously and with the focus it requires. We aim to assist these organizations inbecoming mission-focused by mapping their mission into operation terms with cause and effect linkages, measurements and targets. We also assist in developing mission critical initiatives and align different stakeholders, processes and employees. Most importantly we help in driving a good governance system to help governments at city, State or Centre level to deliver better quality of life to citizens.
We aim to coach the leadership team to be more effective and assist in bringing innovation for social change.
